Din Tai Fung Australia Launches Giant Rainbow Dumplings
It baffles me how Malaysia can be known for extraordinary food, and yet be left behind in trends and cool new food. First, there was McDonald’s Chocolate Pie, which was first released in Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and Singapore before recently being introduced in Malaysia. Second, there was PappaRich, a local restaurant chain that has expanded its horizons overseas, yet made the Teh Tarik Soft Serve available only in Melbourne, Australia. Now, Din Tai Fung Australia launches their Giant Rainbow Dumplings. How can this be?!

According to a post by Din Tai Fung Australia, their Giant Rainbow Dumpling is seven times larger than their xiao long bao.

Inspired by the bright lights of Vivid Sydney, this dumpling is filled with seafood and pork, swimming in a pool of rich broth, and even served with a straw for your sucking pleasure. (Down, boy!)

We’re Here Yet Again To Make A Change
It is paramount that we voice our desires to Din Tai Fung Malaysia in hopes that they’ll actually bring this humongous Xiao Long Bao for Malaysians to enjoy as well. Hence, just like with PappaRich’s Teh Tarik Soft Serve, we’re calling all foodies to gather ’round to make a change together. Like this post, bring it way up to the top, and make our opinions known — WE WANT GIANT RAINBOW DUMPLINGS IN MALAYSIA TOO! Make it just as colourful, just as big, and appropriately affordable for us Malaysians!
