With either the chicken being roasted or tender steamed as the usual choice, this new spot is showing us a different take with the chicken being marinated in soy sauce, Chinese herbs exuding a fruitness and aroma flavor. Nothing like our ordinary barbecued chicken! Bringing it to boil just right, your teeth will easily sink through the chicken meat that is so juicy, tender with the Thai rice truly complementing the flavors and marination.

The chicken may be the star of the show, but spring also for the supporting side dishes, such as the pork roast fatty, thick cut, well charred exuding a perfect balance of sweet and savory will leave you wanting more with the  roast pork, wonton noodles, rice noodles, rapeseed and sprouts truly shining in the own way and together!
